HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by items.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 4-5 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 8-10 days delivery.

(Shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or during peak holiday season like Christmas)

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

We only ship to the lower 48 states in the United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

When ordering multiple pieces, each piece may be shipped separately depending on when it's printed and ready to be shipped.

Since each order is custom to a customer, it will typically take anywhere from between 10 to 15 business days (off-peak times) or between 15 to 20 business days (during peak times) to be printed and shipped. Once ready for shipping you will receive the tracking number. 

We do ship most products within 1-3 business days. After that, items typically arrive at customers within:
  • USA: 2-5 days
  • Canada: 4-10 days
  • the UK, most of the EU: 5-15 days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 5-15 days
  • Rest of the World: 5-20 days
Once ready for shipping you will receive the tracking number.

 Shipping Carriers

US Domestic orders, we use USPS First class with tracking

Depending on availability other carriers FEDEX or UPS may be used. 

Shipping Carriers
  • For USA Domestic orders, we use USPS First Class with tracking.
  • For Canada & Mexico orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
  • For Europe, the UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
  • Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.
  • Tracking is available for all USA Domestic orders, and orders to around 36 international countries.
  • All international mail items will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA until they have cleared customs in the destination country.
  • While we make every effort to label our shipments to assist customers with the fastest delivery if customs charges are applied on a shipment, this is payable by the customer
